About Cruz Family Farm
Welcome to Cruz Family Farm, where family, community, and the land come together.
What began as a family home in the Pemberton Valley has grown into a place where we can share our love
of farming, the outdoors, and the simple joys of rural life. Every garden planted, every project built, and every visitor welcomed reflects the values that guide our family: hard work, stewardship, connection, and gratitude.
We are excited to share this special place with you and invite you to experience all
that makes the Pemberton Valley so remarkable!
Where it started...
Back in 2016, our family made the move from The Glen to what would become our home, farm, and dream property. Faced with a choice between moving to Whistler or embracing country life, the kids unanimously chose the farm — a decision that would shape our family's journey for years to come.
What began as a simple move quickly became a lifestyle. Over the years, this land has been home to countless adventures, lessons, projects, and memories. It has taught us the value of hard work, strengthened our connection to the community, and inspired us to create a place where family, farming, and the outdoors come together. Today, Cruz Family Farm reflects our love for the land, our community, and the simple joys of spending time together and exploring the outdoors.

Over the years...
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we spent more time than ever working together as a family on the farm. As we focused on becoming more self-sufficient and growing our own food, we developed a greater appreciation for local farming and the important role it plays in building resilient communities. What started as a family project quickly became a passion. Since then, we have continued to grow and expand our operation, with the hope of providing fresh, local food while sharing our love of farming, the outdoors, and community with others.
Our Values
Today, the farm is much more than a place where we grow food. It is a place where family, community, and agriculture come together. We are passionate about creating opportunities for people to connect with the land, support local food production, and gather for meaningful experiences and community events.
As part of British Columbia's Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR), which protects only about 5% of the province's land for farming, we feel incredibly fortunate to steward and preserve this special property. We recognize the responsibility that comes with caring for agricultural land and are committed to ensuring it remains productive, sustainable, and available for future generations.
Whether you're visiting the farm stand, joining us for an event, exploring the valley by e-bike, or simply stopping by to say hello, we look forward to sharing a little piece of the farm and the lifestyle we love.
